Top recruitment teams from 144 Australia and New Zealand-based companies were interviewed in the latest edition of the State of Talent Acquisition Report developed by ATC Events & Media in partnership with Globalization Partners.
A whopping 92 percent of polled respondents said they found it “somewhat or significantly harder” to hire talent compared to pre-pandemic times. Additionally, only 25 percent said they were open to hiring remote talent compared to pre-pandemic times. Additionally, only 25 percent said they were open to hiring remote international talent, highlighting that not all recruitment teams are ready to capitalize on the significant opportunity presented by the new global remote talent pool.
